Third-Party Services

When you actively choose to translate text, data is sent directly from your browser to:

  1. DeepL Translation Service

    • Only the text you select for translation is sent to DeepL
    • This is a direct connection from your browser to DeepL
    • We do not see, log, or process this data
    • Subject to DeepL’s Privacy Policy

  2. Your Local Anki Application

    • Flashcard data is sent to Anki running on your own computer
    • This communication is entirely local to your device
    • No external servers involved

What We Don’t Do
